Our Staff
ABC-123 Licensed child care runs under the care of at least two Early Childhood Educators (ECE) and one extra supportive Caregiver. They are dedicated, very caring and nurturing. All of them have valid up-to-date Certificates and participate in seminars and workshops regularly to keep up with our license requirements and to provide prime care to your child.
Maritza Insley - Early Childhood Educator - Owner
Hello, my name is Maritza, I am the owner and operator of ABC-123 Multi-aged Child Care since 2002.

I was born in Nicaragua, Central America and moved to Vancouver in 1978. I have a Degree in Accounting and a certificate in Mechanical Engineering. In 2003 I opened my first daycare as a need to earn an income while caring for my son. As a mother I wanted the best care possible for my chid; hence, I decided to open one of the bests Family Chid Cares in Vancouver and I’m proud of it. At first I wasn’t sure if this job was going to be for me but very soon I found this to be a very rewarding and gratifying job when I realized how could I make a difference in children’s life, to see their laughter, and their baby steps achievements. I decided then to make it a new career and I obtained my Certificate as an Early Childhood Educator in 2006.
I am very passionate about children and enjoy making a possitive impact in their lives. I strongly believe that all children deserve respect and the best quality care possible. In my free time I enjoy ballroom dancing, gym, swimming, yoga, and the outdoors. What like best of all, is to be able to do what I love best - caring for the children.
